CAP-Q

Take the Test

The CAP-Q is a computerized self-report questionnaire related to emotional functioning. It is designed to assist mental health professionals with diagnosis and treatment planning. It takes approximately 15-minutes to complete. Answer the questions as honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong answers. Sometimes, you might find the questions do not apply to you. Nevertheless, answer these questions as best as you can. Your record does not include any identifiable information. Your de-identified data will be used to improve the accuracy and predictive value of the CAP-Q.

FAQs

  • How do I change or reset my password?
    You can contact the CAP-Q support team at support@neuroscore.com
  • How do I get started with the product?
    You must be a mental health professional with training in psychological testing. If you do not have such training, you can contact CAP-Q to attend one of our seminars.
  • How do I interpret the results?
    The scores on the CAP-Q should be interpreted in light of the individual's current emotional state and in the context of a clinical interview.
  • Do the scores on the CAP-Q change over time?
    The scores are relatively stable for approximately 9 months. Retesting is recommended approximately yearly.
  • Can older people complete the questionnaire?
    Yes! We have had older adults up to the age of 87 complete the CAP-Q.
  • How much does it cost?
    We charge a yearly subscription fee. Next year, we will provide a discount of $150 a year for early adopters. We can also provide a case-by-case subscription of $5 per patient.
